At Five Points Learning, we’re committed to providing an outstanding service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service after the initial session, please call us and we will assign you a different tutor and not charge you for the second session. Following the second session but before any subsequent session, if you remain dissatisfied, we will issue you a full refund. Unused, pre-paid tutoring hours are refundable up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Free hours have no cash value and cannot be refunded.
